Charlotte Otto retired from her role as global external relations officer at Procter & Gamble in 2009 after nine years, having joined the company in 1976 as an assistant brand manager. She spent 13 years in P&G's marketing department, managing leading brands including Sure, Pert, Bounty, and Always. She now has a senior strategy role at IPG's largest PR firm, Weber Shandwick.
